Hi, 👋🏼 Colin here, one of the co-founders of Dripl.

With Dripl, we are reinventing the beverage industry. We introduce a new way of hydration with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the spotlight.

We have already avoided more than 2,000,000 (yes, we’re counting millies!) packages with our Refill Points. And that’s just a year and a half since we started. That’s right; we are an ambitious startup that wants to make a global difference. The sky’s the limit?

Who are we looking for? 🔍

Dripl is seeking a true Customer Care Hero who will contribute to building a seamless customer experience by reactively and proactively solving customer tickets or questions. When launching the Refillution, we aim to create long-term partnerships with our customers that are built on trust and care.

What does this role entail? 🎁

As our Customer Care Hero, you will:

  • Own customer technical and repair issues, work with internal teams (Field Service, Product and Customer Succes) to ensure a rapid & high-quality issue resolution.
  • Forwarding your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions within Dripl.
  • Actively work on internal processes and ways of working within Dripl to scale our Customer Care operations and, thus, customer satisfaction.
  • Support on long-term projects, like the Customer Knowledge base 🧠

What do we expect from you? 🖐🏼

  • You’re familiar with CRM / ERP systems and preferably have experience with (customer service) tooling.
  • You’re tri-lingual; English, Dutch and French.
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Being empathetic yet resilient. Maintaining a positive attitude in the face of adversity.
  • Being able to make healthy analytical reflections towards process improvements.
  • Combining strong social skills with a solution-minded, goal-oriented mindset and approach.
  • Have a hunger (or thirst in our case) for learning, personal development, expanding your skillset, and growing with a fast-evolving company.
  • Having a basic technical knowledge is a nice-to-have.
